Norgram® is a design studio based in Denmark—working internationally to design iconic brands and digital experiences with focus on what’s essential.

The world is more dynamic and complex than ever. The speed with which new ideas are born, developed and realised is unlike any other period of time, resulting in a positive optimism to define what’s next.

Speed and agility permeate the business environment. From startups to big corporations, the desire to innovate is ever present. Transformation is a constant.

But rapid progression shouldn’t come at the expense of craft and consideration. That’s why Norgram exists. Our ambition is to create work that outlasts tomorrow and supports people in their everyday lives. As designers our responsibility is to use thoughtful design to help shape a more meaningful, no-nonsense and intelligent future.

It starts with understanding and truly caring for the essentials.

What is the real problem at play? Are we considering the longevity of the solution? Could we improve rather than add? Could we simplify rather than complicate?

Good work takes time, commitment and close collaboration. We value long-lasting relationships where trust, openness and progress become the driver for the process. A shared set of values is essential.

The studio was born in 2016 with an ambition to create order in the increasingly more complex convergence between business and design. Based in Denmark we work with ambitious corporations, startups and individuals all over the world.

Norgram® is founded and led by internationally recognized designers Mathias Høst Normark and Sebastian Gram with a global network of independent collaborators supporting the studio across disciplines.

Process

Our process is focused on discovering the essential and letting it guide the way forward. We lean on 4 overarching steps to steer the way. At the heart of the process lies a transparent, iterative and collaborative approach to set the stage for a successful partnership.
